Refund policy
Our store has a 30-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
For an item to be eligible for return, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item and the return address. Please note that items returned without prior notification will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please check the contents immediately. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away. We will assess the issue and address it appropriately.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some items, such as fresh food (food, flowers, plants, etc.), custom-made items (special order items, personalized items, etc.), and personal care products (cosmetics, etc.), are non-returnable. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are also non-returnable. If you have any questions or concerns about your items, please feel free to contact us.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchange
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your current item, and once the return is accepted, purchase a new one.
European Union's 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a valid reason. As with the above, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
