Delivery Time

Special Provisions for Defects / Color/Size Differences
・If there is an initial defect upon arrival, or if a product defect appears during use within 30 days, please contact us within 30 days. If it is determined to be a defect, we will respond properly, so please rest assured. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges after 30 days from the arrival of the product.
For defective products, please contact info@guestcase.com with an image of the relevant part and the order number.

・If a product is determined to be defective, as it is shipped from overseas, we will re-ship the defective product or product with color/size differences. Please note that we cannot offer refunds.
・Exchanges
a. Shipping error by our shop
We will provide the return address via email.
Please return the product to the designated address.
We will reship the correct product.
b. Exchange due to customer's convenience
Please return the product to the address we designate. The shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
A re-shipping fee of 1500 yen will be charged. After payment (1500 yen), we will re-ship the product.
・If the product is returned to the sender due to expiration of storage period due to customer's convenience
Since the product is shipped overseas, if it is returned to the sender due to expiration of the storage period due to customer's convenience, we can arrange for re-shipment, but we cannot arrange for a refund.
*Please note that the international re-shipping fee of 1500 yen will be borne by the customer.
Cancellations
・As a general rule, cancellations of orders and returns/exchanges of products are not possible after the product has been shipped.
・Even if a cancellation is unavoidable for reasons such as not receiving the purchased product, we cannot issue refunds for design processing costs (including stamp fees, color fees, design fees, and shipping fees) other than the unit price of the product.
